World famous DJ Armin van Buuren provides the beats for this Saturday afternoon dance party at Governors Island Water Taxi Beach.
As part of the New Island Festival's celebration of art and culture, this Dutch DJ will be bringing the dance floor to New York Harbor for a FREE party!
Blake Jarrell spins the opening set.
A Water Taxi departing from Pier 11 at the base of Wall St. (just a few blocks south of the South Street Seaport) brings visitors to the beach.
Entry is free but you must purchase a $10 round trip Water Taxi ticket to get to the island.

Water Taxis will be leaving Manhattan every 15 minutes starting at 11am.
After the show, stay and enjoy all the other events happening at the New Island Festival. Governors Island will be open until midnight!
